View only externally shared Objectives and Tasks in the Gantt Chart

You are able to share Objectives that are Externally Shared (Enable Sharing with People) via the Success Plan share option so that the customer can access it on their own end.

But what do you do when you want to jump into a call with the customer and introduce them to these objectives, or go through the progress? The only thing you can do it seems, is ask the customer to open the link themselves and then to share their screen. This is bad as CSM should be leading the conversation and showing examples at all times.

A natural ideal solution would be that the Account Owner / CSM could access a view that only displays Goals that are externally shared. Then they could share their screen with the customer and go through the plan without sharing any additional internal tasks that may also be in the plan.

Currently there doesn’t seem to be any way to do this, as you cannot define custom objective (and Gantt Chart) views from admin side, nor adjust filters from the user side.

This problem is exaggerated by the fact that Success Snapshot representation of Success Plans is quite abysmal, the display is very not user friendly, and at the end of the day Gantt Chart is by far the most visually useful part for the customer. This causes a situation where preparing an overview of your success plan progress for a meeting with a client is difficult, as both success snapshot builder and the success plan view just disappoint.

Also, please allow enabling/disabling external sharing without the extra step of opening the full objective and still clicking the three dots. It now takes three clicks to change this setting for each objective individually while this can be reduced to 1 or 2 for ease of use and better visibility for users for such an important setting.
