Hello! I’m working on some scorecard stuff today and I’ve found that comparing the weights between two scorecards is awkward. The best I can do is open two windows and dock them side by side. It would be SUPER if we could get the config, including measure/group weights, exposed in an MDA for reporting.
Even super-er would be an “export config to excel” button in the scorecard config screen, or - possibly - some sort of in-app pop-out explaining the config for a scorecard in C360.
In addition to admin work like comparing scorecards or setting up new weights, I have semi-regular conversations internally about how scores are weighted and right now it is difficult for me to share exact values with people who cannot log in to Gainsight to check. Being able to quickly screenshot or export all that data and send it to someone in an email would save me a lot of heartburn.
