I would love to have an option to configure a default sort for the People section in C360. For example, I would like to set the default sort where the Name column is automatically sorted A-Z. Or maybe if I wanted the default sort to be by Last Modified Date, Role, Title, etc.
Having this additional configuration option in C360 would allow me to preset the sort based on what the CSM managers prefer and then the CSM’s could always sort to their preference.
+1I’ve had the same request from my teams. Having the ability for an Admin to configure a default “sort by” for the People section would save the inconvenience of clicking the name column every time.
