I’m really not sure how I didn’t encounter this issue sooner 😅I assumed this functionality was a checkbox in the survey admin somewhere since similar functionality exists in program settings (wherein I can allow participants to enter the same program after “completed” status).
I have a JO program that I used for onboarding new customers. These customers are prompted to submit a GS survey. The survey gathers relatively simple but foundational information from the client. Information that’s relevant whenever the client renews as a customer too.
So I configured the JO Program to allow the same participant to enter the program after they've completed it once. The idea is that the client renews their contract and then enters the onboarding program again. but it seems that when the same participant is sent the survey for the second time, they are told by GS they “already filled out the survey”.
After chatting with GS Support, it’s looks like currently this isn't supported. I would have to do a separate program with a separate survey. Furthermore, it would only work in an anonymous survey which obviously isn't ideal as we can't tie the responses to the participant.
Please create a similar “Entry Criteria” on the surveys product that would allow the same participant to submit the same survey more than once (after having met some criteria). I’d like to be able to survey my customers for updates on their goals, systems, etc. on a recurring basis without having to create multiple surveys, JO programs, and reporting.
