Resolution time in Analytics

It would be useful if we in the content dashboard in analytics could see resolution time in addition to the current average response time.

Hi @Aleksandra the time it takes from the problem was shared in a post to when it was resolved

If the problem is shared as a question, the resolution time is in the Q&A dashboard under the Avg. answer time KPI. If this is not what you need, please give a more detailed definition of how you will recognize a given post as a problem raised and a given reply as a solution.
