Hello, I am testing out the conversational widget. It looks like images show nicely within the widget. But embedded videos are just showing as a link.
Is there a way to get videos to be embedded/playable from within the widget? We’ve made extensive use of video answers in our community forum.

I spoke with the team internally on this and was told this was never implemented, all embedded content will show as a link.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide any new information on this. I have converted this to an idea as I think its a much needed addition and please make sure to upvote it as well!
