A leader board/list feature which shows the top 10 most viewed pages or articles on the community

Hello @Emil, thanks a lot for your idea. This very interesting indeed. I'm thinking a widget that could show the top ten most popular topics at a given time could be interesting. Indeed if we just show the ten top viewed articles then that list is likely to be quite static. If we could have some kind of popularity algorithm that would update that list that could be very cool.

What do you think?

I agree, however i do think it would be good to have the widget be able to do both functionalitys different communities would find this useful. For example, i work for iD Mobile, a mobile network and for our particular base i think this would be a great tool. 

To show people the top 10 or top 5 most viewed articles this/last week and the top 10/5 most popular articles based on comments or content helpfulness votes etc. 

Having the functionality to be able to pick and choose the criteria for this widget would be useful too
