Abaility to Report on "Automated Programs" Timeline Activity Type

It would be great if we could report on the timeline activity type = Automated Program.

We are able to report on all other timeline entries, but not this one.
We would like to report on our Journey Orchestrator Programs, and this ability would enable us to do that.

Gainsight says “if it’s not in timeline, it didn’t happen”, so if the timeline entries aren’t reportable, then it didn’t exist either.

Gainsight says “if it’s not in timeline, it didn’t happen”, so if the timeline entries aren’t reportable, then it didn’t exist either.

This is especially true since all the new AI tools seem to almost exclusively use the Timeline object. This means Associated records don’t get counted, nor would these, if you had any query related to “when was the last email sent to X” or anything regarding these.

I am adding another request to make this activities visible in the activity timeline object for reporting last engagement with customers without having to join a lot of tables in a data design.

@Sowmya If these records are virtual, does that mean that the activity cannot be queried via timeline API as well? Is there no actual activity id associated with these entries?
