Ability to accept initial Sponsor Tracking updates when confirming the tracking itself

Currently when a profile is found for Sponsor Tracking you have to go to Suggested Profiles tab to accept the tracking and then REFRESH the page to have the updates show on the Profile Updates tab. 

This extra step is often missed by CSMs as they accept the profile(s) and believe that’s all that needs doing. 

It would remove a lot of friction of accepting the initial Title and Location was possible in the same flow as accepting the profile itself.
