Our team frequently hosts business meetings with a large and recurring group of attendees. Each time we log a meeting to Timeline, we must manually add every attendee, which becomes a repetitive and time-consuming task, especially when the attendee list remains consistent across meetings.
It would be extremely helpful if Timeline Templates could support pre-configured attendees, allowing CSMs to simply select a template and have the relevant participants auto-populated automatically.
This enhancement would help streamline activity logging, reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and ensure better consistency across Timeline entries.
