We would like the ability to add embeds and iframes that are not included in the list found here.

We use forms in our knowledge base (wordpress) and having only one form option is not optimal.

Hi @beth, thank you for submitting this idea! As you already mentioned, we use embed.ly in our editor to embed external sources.

Are there any specific providers from the list that you miss?

Kicking this up with a request for Spotify, from that list.

 

 

And also (not from that list) being able to embed MS Forms, or regular iFrame so we can use that to embed MS Forms would be great.

Yes, right now, pasting embed codes with <iframe> directly into the HTML of a post does not work. The <iframe> tags are getting sanitized by the system. It would be great to allow this, and this is something Gainsight has control over.

embed.ly is the user-friendly feature that will automatically embed your URL.
