Ability to add manual tasks to manually created CTAs during the CTA creation

Currenctly when creating a manual CTA the only way to add tasks is by accosiating a playbook. If I want to add custom taks the CTA needs to be saved and reopened before that’s an option. It would be nice to have the ability to add custom manual tasks while creating the CTA to avoid extra steps of having to save, close, and reopen the CTA.
