It would be great if we had the ability to add additional fonts to the email template editor in Journey Orchestrator. Our company has updated our branding and would like to use specific fonts for contacting customers.

This would be great since most companies have brand guide they need to follow.

+1 We use Calabri in Outlook, but have to send automated emails in Arial due to Gainsight’s limitations

+1 we have the same ask. We have brand guidelines that define the fonts and we are unable to use them. An organization gives a lot of relevance to their brand and all are supposed to concur to that but with Gainsight restricting the fonts we are unable to abide by those guidelines. thanks you

Is there an update to this?  If everyone is doing more digital this is a must! To enable this.  I had many product teams ask to use Gainsight, but when I told them we can’t do our Branded fonts, they want to use other tools that do allow this.

This idea has been under consideration for almost two years. Is there any update?
There are other related ideas, the first one is turning 9 years old in June 😓

@romihache custom fonts are not supported as we see most email clients do not render custom fonts consistently, which can lead to inconsistent display across different platforms.

Appreciate the response @ssamarth
Given this, should this one (and related ideas) be updated to Parked or Closed status?

Thank you!
