Ability to add/retrieve attachments using API

Currently, Insided doesn’t allow us to sync attachments using API.

This is blocking users from automating some of the processes where end users & agents use different systems.

Ex : Our end users raise a question in Insided and our agents will be working in Zendesk. As there are 2 different systems, we tried to create an automation between both the systems. So, the agent can only work in Zendesk and automation will take care of syncing replies from zendesk to insided and vice-versa.

As we can’t upload/read attachments in Insided, we couldn’t automate the process completely.
