Ability to add Rich Text Fields (RTF) columns to the Cockpit views for CTAs and Tasks

Many of my users would like to be able to see the Rich Text Fields, even if it is just a portion of the field, within the Cockpit view of CTAs and Tasks to get a better understanding of the item from fields like “Comments” or “Description” or “Notes” to help prioritize work.  Currently, TEXT fields can be added but RICH TEXT FIELDS are not available in the column picker.

    Agreed. Sharing a similar idea that not only allows us to see RTF in Cockpit but also inline edit them:

    We have some leaders interested in using the Success Criteria richtextarea field as a filter/view on some custom views. Their goal is to be able to track CTAs where this is null in order to push CSMs to properly complete it for better planning. As of now, these fields still look to be unavailable and we’d benefit from their inclusion!
