Ability to add screenshots to success plans - plan info section

The description field in Success Plan will not save snip/copy & paste images (like screenshot of all active contracts). There are options to format images so the functionality look to be there, but it's deleting the image once you hit save for that section. Would like to have the ability to save images in the success plans plan info section.

    Thank you for raising, Bryce! We are experiencing the same, which makes the UX very confusing and frustrating, as it looks like it is possible (given the options to add caption, to decide if the image should be in-line etc). I see there is no status on this idea. Is it possible to get an update from the Product team at Gainsight on this one?
