Ability to assign report folder when editing name

Report foldering is great. Only being able to organize a report folder in the report builder list view is not.

Easy admin quality-of-life request - please give the ability to re-organize a report from the Rename Report widget. 

Current Experience:

When you SAVE a report, you have the ability to select your folder. If you forget to do so when you save, you have to go back to the List View, select it, and move it to the right folder.

Desired Experience:

Instead, it would be a better user experience to allow the ability to re-organize the report in the “edit name” widget (appears when clicking edit pencil on report name in the builder).
