Ability to @mention someone on an account page within ST regarding a lifecycle event,etc

said we used to have a feature where you could communicate within ST and it was his favorite feature. He would love to have a similar functionality available again, becasue now he has to screenshot or send a link via slack and its a more time consuming process to have to leave the ST app.
