Ability to truly “CC” account team members on a JO program email

I.e., 1 email would have x number of contacts from customer and then CSM / TAM listed in the CC line. Current ‘copy’ functionality sends 1 email to those on copy for every customer contact meaning the Genesys account team members can get upwards of 5 of the same email.
