Ability to CC or BCC on email programs. I know it was removed a while back but would be great to add back the ability to CC/BCC in an email program. I understand why it was removed and replaced with an email copy but that is only a notification email. Our use case includes being able to send an email as the CSM and copy the account owner or sales team so the customer knows who they can contact in response. We have a few different use cases for this and would love the option to CC or BCC in a regular program.
