Ability to change font style/size of the text in speech bubble of the KC Bot

Yes @sai_ram , that is the customer’s concern here.

The text size is small in the speech bubble of KC bot! and they would like to increase it as per their requirement.

+1 would like this feature as well!

Thanks, all.. the product team will look into adding a font style/size configuration option for the speech bubble. Note were are also looking into adding more options for how often/when the bubble is displayed to the end-users.
