Ability to change the filter logic to "OR"

USE CASE: 

Currently in PX filters, we can only apply a AND logic if we add two or more different types of rules in filters. See the image below,

If you see in the above image, if we apply two different types of rules like Users and Accounts, by default the AND logic will be applied. However if we use two rules within one filter like two rules in Users or Two rules in Accounts, we have the ability to change it from AND to OR.

But globally, for different types we do not have the ability to change it from AND to OR.

It would be really nice to have a filter configurations like we have in the Audience rules of engagements. See below,
