Ability to clone ANY action in rule set up

We create so many actions on rules that are very similar with a slight change. It would be nice to be able to clone that action so we do not have to create an entirely new duplicate action. This would reduce human error.

              I would assume that this link is related since Sundar mentioned both were important and he said Fall'17 for the release but I do not remember seeing this or that.
