We have set up the KC Bot integration with the Salesforce Knowledge Base in an attempt to enable the search feature so that users can search through the external knowledge base content within the KC Bot.
However, we have found that there is no way to control/filter the search results that appear by product. For ex. we have articles in the Knowledge base for all of the products in our portfolio - however we would only want article results related to the specific product the KC Bot is built for to show up in the search results. Would love if this functionality could be added
