Ability to create custom community pages

As a community admin, I’d like the ability to create and customize additional community pages using the widgets available on the home page so that I can add additional content/landing pages to my community and keep users within inSided (rather than directing them to an externally hosted page). 

For example: we’d like a community page that serves as a home for our training modules and certifications. The ability create a new blank page and leverage the ‘HTML’ and ‘Featured Topics’ widgets would allow us to create such a page and keep users within the inSided community experience. 

The ability to use these widgets on a category page would also be extremely helpful.
