We’d like the ability to create custom views for the People section of the C360. Our use case - we have specific types of contacts that we want our teams to update frequently. Ideally, I could create a custom view named Key Contacts so that the team could just use that to get to those specific contacts. I know they can create their own filters, but that can be challenging for someone who doesn’t have a lot of experience with Gainsight’s data structure.

This is a fantastic idea -- and would make it so much easier for our teams (both CSXs and Ops) to quickly see ALL of the key contacts at a given company. Hopefully this would make it easier for us to have better data hygiene for those key contacts so we don’t end up with outdated information for those key individuals.
Couldn’t agree more. We have a lot of contact data and need an interactive view that’s filtered for our CSM workflows on 360 pages (specifically R360 for us).
