Ability to Edit CTA Name in c360 Side Bar
Ability to edit the CTA name in the new c360 side bar.
With the new side bar - we are able to make update to tasks, task names, etc.
However, in order to edit the CTA name, we have to click on the name - which opens up a new page.
If we are able to edit the CTA name in the c360 side bar, it would streamline CSM workflows.
