Ability to exclude content from AI Summary

We have several support articles in our knowledge base that rely on examples pretty heavily, and we have seen a few times where the AI Summary includes specific instructions from the examples, rather than general instructions about features we are using. 

 

I would love to be able to exclude articles from being used in the RAG for the AI summary where we know that they are likely to run into this issue, or otherwise provide feedback to the AI that would reduce this kind of answer.

Yeah this is something we will be looking at, some general improvements we care considering to ship before AI Answers goes to General Availability are exclude content, keyword based custom answers, and  follow up questions.

I would love to talk to any community teams using the new AI Answers to hear your thoughts, other ideas and improvements.
