Posting on behalf of a customer! I’m wondering if there’s any future plans to allow for the ability to export audit logs from Gainsight? More specifically, interested in understanding if we have any future plans to give the ability to expose an API to facilitate the secure export of log data in to a SIEM.
For the sake of security and accountability some customers may request that we have a way to export audit logs from within the product to have a better overarching understanding of who is working in different aspect of the environment.
