+11There are several baked-in reports throughout Gainsight (Journey Orchestrator Analytics, Program Analytics, User Management...), but these don’t allow you to export a CSV. I have to build the same report in Report Builder in order to do so. If export was available directly in the displayed report that would create for a seamless experience.

+11Resurfacing. We just launched NPS last week, which is a HUGE milestone for us as a company and CS org. The Text Analytics is AWESOME in Surveys > Survey List > Analyze tab. Except, I can’t export any of these reports. Such a bummer, and a huge time waste on my side as an admin to recreate these reports when they’re already so nicely available in the product.
