Currently, Gainsight does not allow users to generate live links to Community posts before they are published. This limitation creates challenges when preparing communications, updating tickets, or coordinating with stakeholders, since we can’t provide the final link until after content is live.

Request:
Please add functionality that allows admins to generate a live, shareable link in advance of publication. This would enable us to:

• Include correct links in pre-scheduled announcements and tickets

• Streamline internal review and approval processes

• Ensure launch-day communications are accurate and efficient

Can you confirm if this functionality is on the roadmap or if there are any workarounds available today?
