Ability to give default values for Activity Timeline custom fields
Few of our customers have use cases where they want to set default values for Activity Timeline custom fields.
Use Case 1 from NICE CXone: For activities synched from MS Teams to GS through AI followup using Staircase integration, customer wants to set two fields with default values which will reduce 99% of their effort of having to add these manually every time.
Use Case 2 from Tessitura Network Inc.: Customer has set up Activity Sync and configured a custom field to sync. For a particular Activity Type, as this field doesnt have any value, its not synched to SFDC. Hence they want to set a default value for this field when an activity is created, so that its synched properly to SFDC.
