Ability to have a dynamic list in the survey questions

The customer wants to build a survey that should have a dynamic list in the questions which can be populated by specific fields based on the target audience. For instance - if there are 10 people against an opportunity - the rating question should have 10 rows and if there are 5 people against an opportunity - the rating question should have 5 rows. Can we please add this to the roadmap?
