Ability to host images for email

It would be nice to be able to upload and host images for email content. Right now, we have to edit the HTML and provide a link to an image that’s already hosted on the web. So we either have to use our marketing or engineering resources to host, or create an admin only category to upload images to, which seems hacky. It would be easier and more direct when creating emails to just allow at least one image per email template to be stored alongside it.
