Ability to link more than one record of the same linked object

@aparimala Interesting case.We have typically seen users manage opportunities/cases and CTAs at 1:1 level. While we don’t have plans in the immediate roadmap, we will observe this post for upvotes so that we can pick it up in the future roadmap.

We’d like to be able to link multiple records to one CTA also...

We would also like the ability to create and/or link multiple Opportunity records to a single CTA. Ideally, there would be the option to add multiple Opportunity linked object tabs to the CTA, each one identified by a unique Opportunity ID.
 

Our main use case for this is on renewal/churn CTAs, off of which our CSMs are expected to create a new, separate opportunity for each product that is up for renewal for that given company.

We would ideally like to have 1 renewal CTA that alerts the CSM that a company is coming up for renewal and that they have X number of products up for renewal; and we would then like them to create that same number of renewal opportunities and to be able to link all of those back to that same original CTA.
