Ability to load to a multi-select dropdown via Rules Engine

Use case: For my Load to People rule, I need to map a multi-select field from SFDC (Contact: Role Type) to a multi-select dropdown I created for the corresponding field on the Company Person object.

How can I do this without using a case expression transformation to account for each possible variation?
