+7I couldn’t find this anywhere, but as we build more Email Templates in Gainsight for the CSMs. it would be great to be able to tokenize the Sender information so they don’t have to add it themselves everytime.
CSM → Name is not always accurate & User → Name does not work that way, so we’d love to see this. Since they need to be signed in to send it, it feels like it would be possible.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
