It would be great if CXMs could update their Spaces intro text in bulk. We’re looking to embed an intro video personalized for each CXM, but currently, it seems this has to be done manually for every account. Since some CXMs manage 50+ accounts, this becomes quite a heavy manual lift just to make a small change on the Spaces page.
Adding the video really helps create a personal touch, but the current manual process makes it difficult to scale.
Additionally, it would be fantastic if the intro text supported tokenization—similar to what’s available in the Rules Engine or CTA comments (e.g., @company name or @CSM name).
Are these enhancements planned for an upcoming release?
