Ability to move and manipulate the CTA Name column in Cockpit view

Looking to be able to move/manipulate the CTA Name column within the Cockpit view. As a Technical Account Manager, often there is some ‘case number’ associate with a concern being brought up that needs to be escalated or review.

In an ideal world I’m looking to set the first column to be ‘Case Number’ followed by CTA Name. However, CTA Name is locked down and can’t be moved. As a workaround I’ve been using the CTA Name column as my ‘Case Number’ column and created a free text ‘Title’ column, but then I run into an issue that the CTA Name column is forced to be a specific width so I can’t make the column narrower which makes the organization off the CTA page look off with the format I am trying to put forth.

This feature request is for two items:

• Ability to move the CTA Name column so that it is not locked into the first column on the cockpit tab.
• Ability to resize the CTA Name column freely
