Ability to move options when adding an activity within Timeline tab of C360

When adding a meeting activity type within the Timeline tab of the C360, it would be helpful to have the ability to rearrange the options most relevant to each of our consultants to the top of the list. Currently those at the top are locked and immovable. It would be nice to have the ability to rearrange these as needed and it would reduce scrolling as well.
