Our CSM’s are frequent users of the Gainsight plugin, and they indicated that a feature improvement could help them. The Gainsight plugin's functionality is that when the recipient's email address is entered in the "To" field, it automatically resolves to the company if the recipient is listed in the Company Person object. However, we also want the contrary to occur, so that once the precise company is entered in the Company or Relationship tab, it populates all of the recipients in the "To" field.
