Ability to prioritize emails for end users and email throttling

We would love to be able to prioritize which emails are sent to our customer in which order and make sure we can email throttle or limit the number of emails a customer can receive in a certain period of time.

I know this is something that is possible in PX, but I would love to see this in CS.

We are growing our Digital CS programming, and as Gainsight pushes more towards the Digital CS lens, it would be super great to see this in the system as well so we can continue to grow it.
