It would be nice if our end users could edit fields in GS and they could be pushed back to JIRA via the rules engine. I am thinking fields like status, custom fields, or assignee or reporter. Similar to how we can update SFDC fields in GS.
We unfortunately were very lucky and embedded the JIRA UI into GS when it was working due to a bug. JIRA has since patched the bug and it’s a huge pain point for our end users that they can’t interact with JIRA via GS.
