Ability to remove CTA from Success Plan

It is wonderful end users can easily associate existing CTAs to Success Plans, but when they make an error, they cannot remove the CTA so it appears only in the Cockpit and not in the Success Plan.  Please allow end users to remove the associated Success Plan from a CTA.

Really surprising that this type of functionality was not included -- with the number of CTAs in a system, it’s bound to happen that a user erroneously links an incorrect one.

Not giving them the ability to remove it (or even better, give admins the ability to control this via permissioning) seems odd given that we have permission structures in place for deletion of items which is even more severe.

We are running into this issue and need to be able to do this.

The only way to work around this right now is to delete the CTA - go into the recycle bin and restore it and then associate it to the correct Success Plan.

With the release of the MCP for CS coming up, this should be a priority unlock for the UX in platform, to also allow CSMs to take action as part of other workflows.
