Ability to select cadence at which notifications are sent

Within ST, you can set up notifications, but they auto default to sending in real time. It would be helpful to be able to select the cadence at which you want to recieve them. Ex. immediately, 1x a week, 1x a day at a certain time, etc.

Right now, we receive the ai meeting summaries every day, even if they only include minor changes - so it would be nice to get the summary sent 1x a week.
