Ability to Select Objective Task Start Date on Success Plans

The current process for adjusting future objective tasks within a Success Plan presents a challenge. Specifically, when you have a generated Success Plan with objectives and tasks with a start date in the future - for example, a Success Plan was created on 5/1, but the objectives and tasks have a start date of 5/15. If you view the Gantt Chart, the chart shows the tasks starting on 5/15. However, if you need to make edits to the objectives or tasks, there is no way in the UI to manually select the start date of those new tasks. The UI defaults the start date of the new task to the date it was added manually to the objective. This causes the objective’s start date to then back date from 5/15 to current date the new task was added. This behavior can cause confusion for Success Plans that have been scheduled to start on 5/15, but now suddenly have tasks that start on for example, 5/8. 

The ideal solution to this would be to allow users to have the ability to manually select a start date for the tasks during the creation process.
