Ability to set 'Log Activity' as required when updating a manual Scorecard measure

Use Case: We allow CSMs to set their ‘Sentiment’ manually as a Scorecard measure. We would like to then require an activity to be logged with notes as to why they have selected their choice. Would be nice if we could precheck the ‘Log Activity’ checkbox/require to ensure notes are entered.

I have had other clients ask to do this as well. Just putting in a number isn’t enough. There needs to be a reason behind it. Having the box checked would allow the notes to be present on the screen and remind the CSMs to enter their comments.
