Ability to specify UTM parameters on all links in Email Campaign Template

It’d be nice if Email Campaigns had a feature that could append UTM parameters on the end of any links added within the email campaign. 

Example use case: Newsletters will have a lot of links within them. Adding a UTM on every link is tedious and prone to error. 

If I could set that once for the template (or individual email), it would add a lot of insight with very little effort.
