Ability to Toggle Rule Actions On/Off at the rule level

The request is basically the title. As an admin, we can toggle rules to inactive without deleting them. It would be great to have that ability at the Rule Action level.

Use Case: If you have a multi-action rule and you want to run a single action from that rule either due to a partial rule failure, troubleshooting or to make an update without running every other action, you would have to delete the other actions. Even if you are able to set up filters so that your other actions don’t do anything, you’re still taking up processing time at the Rule Action level, and would need to reverse that later.

If you simply clone a rule to run the action, you’d still need to delete the other actions, and that may not be the route you want to go anyways.

Having an action-level toggle would make troubleshooting and managing rule actions so much easier. Thanks!
