We are looking to update the Unsubscribe Here link to a customer URL so that we can centralize the Manage Preferences experience across our organization.  We are using other email tools in pre-sales and marketing and would like to consolidate the unsubscribe experience for our recipients. 

Our compliance team mandates that we use OneTrust to manage our contacts preferences and would like for us to redirect the unsubscribe message to OneTrust.


Ability to add custom link in footer is part of roadmap.

+1 for us. We would like the Unsubscribe URL to direct to a Global Subscription Page for our company.


Our company doesn’t allow us to use the default Gainsight landing page/URL. Due to this, we are only able to send ‘operational’ type emails that don’t include the ‘unsubscribe’ link. Allowing us to use a custom URL for the unsubscribe page would expand our capability with email from Gainsight. 


@jnelson I believe the ability to use custom footers and company-managed preference centers was part of the September release!

It looks like this has not been expanded to our use case, unfortunately. According to the release notes:

Note: Custom Opt-Out settings are supported only in Dynamic JO programs and Group Send. They are not supported in Simple or Advanced JO programs.”
